Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • buyer’s remorse
  • sale or clearance items

Please check sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Address

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
